When will I receive my ticket?

Your ticket will be emailed once your full balance is paid, within the window listed for your destination:


MEL → DPS: Between 11–15 December 2025
SYD → DPS: Between 20-24 December 2025
BNE → APW: Between 30 November - 4 December 2025

You'll get a confirmation email with all flight details as soon as your ticket is issued.

Can I select my seats?

Unfortunately, seat selection isn't available for these deals. Seats are assigned in advance by the PayLater Travel team.

Can I make changes to my booking like travel dates or routes?

These deals are fixed fare bookings, which means the travel dates and routing can't be changed. This is how we keep prices so low.

Are these fares refundable?

Fares are refundable if you cancel by the refund deadline.
‍MEL → DPS (5th Nov), SYD → DPS (8th Nov) &BNE → APW (24th Oct).

Please note, the deposit is non-refundable.
