Really great response times and customer service. The staff worked with me to ensure I could book my seats early and made the airline aware of my need for assistance related to disability. Having this arranged has reduced my anxiety around travelling. Thanks team.

FAQs

Got a question for us? Let’s navigate it together.
Can I pay for my flights in instalments?

Yes! Using Paylater Travel lets you split the upfront cost of your flight into smaller, more manageable payments. After booking your flight with a small deposit, you can pay off the rest in up to 18 weekly instalments.

Do I need a credit check?

No, credit checks aren’t needed to book a flight with Paylater Travel. This is because we aren't providing you with credit or a loan. Your seat is secured with a small deposit and the remainder is paid off in installments before you fly.

No interest. No credit checks.

When will I receive my flight ticket?

As soon as you’ve paid your deposit via the Paylater Travel platform, we purchase your ticket on your behalf. This means your seat is secure and today’s price has been locked in. You will then receive your flight itinerary (essentially, your pre-departure e-ticket) via email within 24 hours of completing your final payment – easy!

What happens if I miss a payment?

We understand that sometimes payments are made late. We won't charge you a late fee. In the case of a missed payment, we'll send you a notification to let you know we've been unable to process a scheduled payment. Consecutively missed payments may place your booking at risk of being cancelled. We will always try and get in touch and be as flexible as possible with payment plans before
we cancel a booking.

How can I choose my seat or add baggage?

Seat selection and luggage options are typically managed through the airline's website. Once you’ve paid in full and received your flight itinerary from Paylater Travel, you’ll be able to directly contact the airline and choose your seat or add luggage (if it wasn’t already included in the fare).
